##  Indications | Contraindications 

- Partial sensorineural hearing loss
- Drop in the high-frequency range from approximately 1500 Hz (air conduction hearing thresholds). See the area marked in red in the diagram.
- Monosyllable score ≤60% at 65dB SPL in best aided condition
- No air-bone gap >15dB
- Realistic expectations
- Readiness for rehabilitation
